Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions, based in Qatar, seeks an Alternate Electrical Power Production Section Lead to supervise and optimize power production facilities at Al Udeid Air Base. You will install, operate and maintain generators, switchgear, and related equipment while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 10+ years in operation and maintenance of engines and gensets.
• Experience with power production equipment, generators, and distribution components.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical publications.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain electrical power plants and distribution panels.
• Inspect equipment and ensure compliance with publications and directives.
• Interpret instrument readings and adjust systems to maintain voltage and frequency.
• Coordinate maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and document performance data.
• Maintain safety, environmental policies, and records.
