Qatar Petrochemical Company - QAPCO is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead performance management initiatives, KPI definition, and dashboard governance across corporate and department levels. The role involves analyzing data, benchmarking performance, and coordinating target setting to support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate the corporate KPIs definition/revision by reviewing strategies, initiatives & objectives and evaluating effectiveness of current KPIs.
• Analyze and interpret insights from external & internal performance data to support review of financial results & operational performance.
• Plan and execute external market performance benchmarking to support discussions with executives.
• Instruct department level KPI definition/revision and identify systemic issues on KPI monitoring & measurement.
• Consolidate corporate and department KPIs into KPI charter and maintain KPI dashboard/BSC.
• Validate KPI measurements across the organization from Heads to above, ensuring consistency and fairness.
• Facilitate target setting & monitoring by updating targets and compiling monthly KPI data for dashboards.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports highlighting anomalies and action plans to close gaps.
