Job summary

ConFlip in Ar-Ruwais (UAE) is seeking a talented Art Director to lead the artistic direction for projects. This is a part-time role with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop concepts and ensure high-quality creative outputs.

The role requires a fine arts/graphic design background and a strong portfolio. You will manage designers and stay current with industry trends to elevate the brand's visual identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing past design projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and team to develop creative concepts.
• Direct the overall artistic vision and direction for projects.
• Create visual designs aligned with client brand identity.
• Oversee designers, photographers and artists to ensure quality outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to improve creative output.
