ConFlip in Ar-Ruwais (UAE) is seeking a talented Art Director to lead the artistic direction for projects. This is a part-time role with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop concepts and ensure high-quality creative outputs.

We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in the bustling city of Ar-Ruwais in the United Arab Emirates. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for managing and directing the artistic vision and direction for our company's projects. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative concepts and ideas for projects
• Manage and direct the overall artistic vision and direction for projects
• Create visual designs that align with client's needs and brand identity
• Oversee the work of graphic designers, photographers, and other artists to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve creative output
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing past design projects and experience with various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an agency setting
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video production
• Fluency in Arabic language
