Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in an agency or in-house creative team.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, illustrators, and other artists
Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
Create visual concepts for marketing campaigns, branding materials, websites, and other projects
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our designs
Ensure all designs maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms
Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance
