Job summary

Swan Global seeks a reliable and experienced Purchaser to handle outdoor procurement activities. The role requires strong negotiation and vendor management skills to source materials efficiently and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct daily outdoor purchasing, identify suppliers, verify specs, and maintain purchase records. The position requires 2–3 years in purchasing, a Qatar driving license, and proficiency in English, with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Valid Qatar light motor vehicle driving license (manual) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of local markets and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outdoor purchasing of materials, supplies, and equipment as per company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
• Verify specifications and compare prices, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and receipts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and timelines.
• Ensure timely delivery and follow up with vendors for pending orders.
• Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Maintain compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
