Job summary

LTM in Doha, Qatar seeks an Oracle Utilities Technical Architect to lead architecture and design of Oracle Utilities technology solutions onsite. The role requires guiding technical teams through design development testing deployment and support, and enabling successful delivery of enterprise-scale implementations.

Strong expertise in OUAF CC&B C2M and MDM/M2C processes is essential, with proven ability to establish architectural governance and drive best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Oracle Utilities domain expertise and architectural leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities product stack including OUAF CC&B C2M MDM and M2C processes.
• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale Oracle Utilities solutions and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and present innovative solutions based on business and technical requirements
• Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Utilities technology solutions
• Ensure solution designs align with technical and logical architecture standards
• Provide consulting and technical guidance during design development testing deployment and support phases
• Work with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements
• Drive successful delivery of complex enterprise-wide Oracle Utilities implementations
• Develop system design models architecture diagrams specifications and integration designs
• Review and implement process improvements and architectural best practices
• Present architectural recommendations and findings to senior leadership
• Mentor and guide functional consultants developers and technical teams
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and support code script reviewsDefine and maintain technical standards design patterns reference architectures and technology roadmaps
