Optometrist - Doha, Qatar

We are searching for a qualified and experienced Optometrist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services, including prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses; diagnosing and managing ocular diseases; and performing vision tests. This position offers an excellent salary of 1700 QAR/month.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide eye care services such as prescribing eyeglasses, contact lenses, diagnosing and managing ocular diseases
• Perform vision tests using specialized equipment
• Review patient medical histories
• Monitor patients' progress
• Explain procedures to patients and answer their questions
• Educate patients on how to properly use and care for their eyewear
• Refer patients to ophthalmologists when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and treatment plans

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Optometry or related field
• Licensed optometrist with minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of eye anatomy, physiology, optics, pharmacology, and vision physiology
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
