Job summary

We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team in Doha. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1,400, and we welcome applications from foreign candidates.

As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eye care services to all patients. You will conduct vision screenings and tests, diagnose and treat vision problems, prescribe eyewear and contact lenses, advise patients on eye health issues, and refer patients to other health professionals when necessary. You must possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively explain diagnosis, treatments options, and provide recommendations to patients in a way that is clear and easy to comprehend. Additionally, you must stay up-to-date with the latest advances in the field of optometry in order to provide the best possible care for our patients.

The ideal candidate should have completed a Degree or Diploma course in Optometry. Previous experience is not required but can be beneficial. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail and a keen interest in patient care. Additionally, they must have strong organizational skills so as to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. A valid license or certification is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
