JobCenter in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and team performance. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a willingness to work in Qatar.

The candidate will monitor staff productivity, ensure adherence to standards, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with staff, customers, suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of team members.
• Monitor staff productivity and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
• Oversee customer service activities, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain positive working relationships with staff, customers, suppliers, vendors etc.
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and profitability of operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare reports on operational activities as required.
