Job summary

Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) in Doha is seeking an Operations Control Center Agent to coordinate catering operations by accurately processing customer requests within our systems. You will support flight schedules, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain records across SharePoint and the ERP.

The role requires the ability to work under pressure, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Qualification with a minimum of 1 year of job-related experience or bachelor’s degree or equivalent with no prior job-related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive scheduled airline passenger and crew loads via email and update SharePoint for operational departments to action.
• Communicate short-notice passenger load changes and urgent catering requests to all concerned departments.
• Update revised flight schedules, passenger loads, and special meal requests into the ERP system to generate operational reports and catering delivery notes.
• Reconcile daily catering delivery notes to ensure all services provided are correctly recorded for invoicing purposes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational requirements and manual requests.
• Ensure timely preparation and distribution of cabin crew handover documentation.
• Monitor and manage departmental email communications in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain and update operational records and referral documents within SharePoint.
• Support operational teams during disruptions and emergency situations as required.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Control Center Agent to support the seamless coordination of catering operations by ensuring the accurate processing and management of customer requests within our operational systems. Qualification

High School Qualification with a minimum of 1 year of job-related experience or bachelor’s degree or equivalent with no prior job-related work experience

Preferred

HACCP Certification.

Airline Security Training.

Experience handling food products.

Exposure to airline catering procedures.

Job-Specific Skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Ability to meet deadlines and respond to operational emergencies.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications.
