Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) in Doha is seeking an experienced Equipment Processing Team Leader to oversee daily equipment processing, ensuring clean, serviceable, and airline-compliant gear. You will manage manpower, allocate resources, and coordinate workflow to meet schedules and quality targets in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in airline catering or related operations, with a focus on safety, food hygiene, and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• High School Qualification with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of job-related experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in airline catering, equipment processing, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, hospitality operations, or a related operational environment.
• Experience preparing operational reports and maintaining workplace documentation.
• Experience managing flight equipment processing activities.
• Experience in HACCP-compliant food production environments.
• Preferred with Diploma in Logistics or Operations Management & HACCP Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate daily operations within the Equipment Processing section.
• Allocate manpower and resources across operational areas to meet workload requirements and priorities.
• Develop and communicate shift work plans, priorities, and instructions to team members.
• Ensure timely receipt, unloading, washing, sorting, processing, packing, storage, and dispatch of airline equipment.
• Coordinate equipment processing requirements for Qatar Airways, other airlines, VIP flights, crew training, charter flights, and special operations.
• Monitor equipment stock availability and ensure replenishment requirements are met.
• Verify incoming inventory and conduct equipment audits and reconciliations as required.
• Monitor workflow activities and adjust resources to prevent operational delays.
• Manage operational priorities during flight schedule changes, aircraft substitutions, service changes, and irregular operations.
• Ensure flight sets are prepared, verified, packed, and dispatched according to operational schedules and airline specifications.
• Monitor operational KPIs and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.
• Ensure adherence to departmental SOPs.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Processing Team Leader to lead and coordinate daily equipment processing operations, ensuring the timely availability of clean, serviceable, and airline-compliant equipment. The role is responsible for monitoring manpower, equipment, and resources to achieve productivity, quality, and service delivery targets while ensuring compliance with food safety, aviation security, hygiene, and operational standards. The position also supports flight catering requirements and drives operational efficiency through effective workflow management and coordination.

Specific Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily operations within the assigned Equipment Processing section.

Allocate manpower and resources across operational areas to meet workload requirements and operational priorities.

Develop and communicate shift work plans, priorities, and instructions to team members.

Ensure timely receipt, unloading, washing, sorting, processing, packing, storage, and dispatch of airline equipment.

Coordinate equipment processing requirements for Qatar Airways, other airlines, VIP flights, crew training, charter flights, and special operations.

Qualification
