The Doha Institute for Graduate Studies invites applications for an Open Rank position in the Linguistics and Arabic Lexicography Program. The appointee will teach graduate courses in linguistics, supervise MA and PhD students, and participate in academic and administrative duties.

Starting date August/September 2027. Candidates should hold a doctorate in Linguistics, demonstrate a strong research record in peer-reviewed journals, and be able to teach general linguistics and modern Arabic

• Hold a doctorate in Linguistics.
• Demonstrate a track record of scientific research and publications in international peer-reviewed journals.
• Possess competence and experience in graduate-level teaching.
