Job summary

1000 Walls Interiors & Decoration W.L.L. seeks a results-driven Site Engineer (Civil) to lead on-site activities, supervise Labour and subcontractors, and ensure quality, safety, and adherence to drawings and specifications.

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of site experience in civil construction or fit-out, be fluent in English (Arabic a plus), and be ready to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Qatar, coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, and clients.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as Site Engineer in civil construction or fit-out.
• Fluent in English; Arabic speaking is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical advisor on site for all civil works and resolve engineering queries.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, supervise labour and subcontractors, and coordinate site activities.
• Ensure materials and works comply with project drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain HSE compliance, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when needed.
