Job summary

Euro Staffs is seeking an IT Specialist to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and provide technical support to employees. This on-site role covers computers, servers, networks, and software applications to ensure smooth operations.

You will monitor performance, uphold security, manage user accounts and backups, and coordinate with external providers as needed. English proficiency and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support and systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware.
• Good understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, antivirus, data backup, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with printers, email systems, and user account management.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support requests.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain company networks, internet connections, and Wi‑Fi systems.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT security and data protection.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, and passwords.
• Perform regular data backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and equipment records.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards and company procedures.
• Support employees and provide guidance on IT systems and applications.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
