Job summary

JobLeader in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is looking for a skilled Handyman to perform maintenance and repair tasks across facilities. The role requires at least 2 years of handyman experience, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge, and the ability to use hand and power tools safely. On-site living is provided with visa sponsorship.

The successful candidate will keep records of repairs, follow safety protocols, and assist with various maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
Must be proficient in Malayalam (Malayalee preferred).
Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Must be willing to live on-site (accommodation provided) in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Perform basic carpentry work such as installing shelves, repairing doors, etc.
Maintain and repair appliances and equipment as needed.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working.
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance tasks completed.
