Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues or necessary repairs.
• Respond to requests for repairs and maintenance from employees and tenants.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and materials for repairs.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
