Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs for properties as assigned.
• Install, repair, or replace fixtures and appliances such as faucets, toilets, light fixtures, etc.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and furniture assembly.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including wiring and outlets.
• Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure tools are properly maintained.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
