Job summary

Zeeco is a global leader in combustion and environmental solutions. The Field Service & Commissioning Engineer/Technician will perform on-site commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of legacy fired equipment, building strong relationships with end users in oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.

The role requires a proactive, multi-disciplinary technical background with PLC experience, willingness to travel, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Multi-disciplinary technical background: mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and PLC.
• Experience with PLC programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley).
• Willingness to travel extensively (potentially 200+ days/year).
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication and good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site commissioning of legacy and retrofit equipment; supervision and oversight.
• Prepare RAMS, site visit reports, and maintain timesheets for clients.
• Start up and maintain Zeeco combustion products and systems (flare systems, burners, etc.).
• Identify opportunities for aftermarket spares and site service support.
• Supervise on-site turnarounds/outages; deliver training to end-user personnel.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
