Job summary

Halliburton is seeking entry-level Service Operators to support slickline services at Ras Laffan Industrial City, Doha, Qatar. The role involves assisting with prep, mobilization, operation, and post-job tasks while following HMS documentation and HSE policies.

The position offers development toward a Service Specialist role, with emphasis on learning tools, unit operation, and maintenance in a global oilfield service environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic mathematical calculations are required.
• Basic reading and writing skills are required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Supervisor during all phases of slickline services.
• Prepare equipment and service performance at the well site.
• Repair and redress well pressure control equipment.
• Document processes as prescribed by HMS.
• Follow all relevant HSE policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Develop knowledge of slickline services and tools.
• Operate slickline unit and related equipment; assist mobilization and demobilization.
