Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Commissioning Supervisor to lead verification activities in Doha on an Oil & Gas project. You will oversee commissioning for assigned systems, run functional tests, and ensure safe energization and handover to operations.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, 4–5 years of commissioning experience, and solid English communication. Qatar project exposure is a plus, with a contract of 3 months, extendable up to six.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
4–5 years of Oil & Gas commissioning experience.
Prior Qatar project experience is an advantage.
Strong understanding of commissioning sequences and system handover.
Proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities

Supervise commissioning activities for assigned systems.
Execute commissioning procedures, functional tests, and performance testing.
Coordinate with pre-commissioning, operations, and client teams.
Ensure commissioning activities comply with HSE standards and project specifications.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve commissioning issues.
Ensure proper documentation, test records, and commissioning reports are completed.
Support system handover to operations and end user.
