Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Commissioning Supervisor to lead verification activities in Doha on an Oil & Gas project. You will oversee commissioning for assigned systems, run functional tests, and ensure safe energization and handover to operations.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering, 4–5 years of commissioning experience, and solid English communication. Qatar project exposure is a plus, with a contract of 3 months, extendable up to six.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• 4–5 years of Oil & Gas commissioning experience.
• Prior Qatar project experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of commissioning sequences and system handover.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commissioning activities for assigned systems.
• Execute commissioning procedures, functional tests, and performance testing.
• Coordinate with pre-commissioning, operations, and client teams.
• Ensure commissioning activities comply with HSE standards and project specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve commissioning issues.
• Ensure proper documentation, test records, and commissioning reports are completed.
• Support system handover to operations and end user.
