We are currently seeking ambitious Qatari Nationals to join to join our three-year O’fuq Program (GCB 7) working alongside colleagues to define, manage and achieve business targets across our global network.

Role Purpose:

• O’fuq Program is 30 months to 3-year rotational program offering ‘on the job’ training experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment for new and recent graduates.
• The program focuses on providing participants with professional development opportunities and real time tailored personal growth opportunities.
• Four 9 months rotation across key divisions.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualification required:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area with min GPA 2.0/4.0.
