Job summary

Swan Global seeks an experienced Scaffolder Offshore Shutdown (Hot & Cold Work Specialist) in Qatar to safely erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding for maintenance, repair, and construction during offshore shutdowns. You will work across hot and cold work zones, ensuring compliance with QP scaffolding standards and international regulations.

Qualifications

• Certifications include CISRS Advanced Scaffolder or equivalent.
• Onshore/offshore scaffolding experience required.
• Familiar with QP, Shell, or TotalEnergies protocols.

Responsibilities

• Build, inspect, and dismantle tube-and-fitting and system scaffolding for hot and cold work zones.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Energy scaffolding standards and OSHA/BS EN 12811 regulations.
• Install fire-resistant barriers for hot work areas and fall protection systems.
• Lead a team of scaffold laborers and conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with construction supervisors and HSE officers to align with shutdown schedules.
