Job summary

ADES Holding is seeking a highly experienced Marine Offshore Supervisor to oversee all marine activities onboard, including safety, environment, and firefighting systems, lifting operations, rig moves, and stability management. The role requires a COP and at least 6 years in offshore installations, with strong English and mathematical skills.

Qualifications

BSC in Marine Engineering or equivalent Maritime Academy; COC required.
Minimum 6 years of related offshore installation experience.
English reading & writing: intermediate level.
Advanced mathematical skills are required.
Stability calculations are essential.
Situational awareness, teamwork, and time management are expected.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all marine activities onboard, including safety, environment, and firefighting equipment, lifting operations, rig moves, jacking system operation, stability and ballast, helicopter operations, hull and tanks maintenance, and emergencies response.
Maintain and certify marine equipment onboard; ensure compliance with rules, codes, regulations, and industry best practices for personnel safety, environment, and equipment.
