Job summary

North Oil Company seeks an experienced Offshore Production Supervisor to lead a team of 18 technicians and operators on a 24/7 offshore facility in Qatar. You will monitor all oil, gas and utility systems to meet daily production targets and maintain safety and environmental standards.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and hands-on capability with process safety, incident response, and permit to work processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in any Engineering field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in O&G production operations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Certifications: Health & Industrial Hygiene; Basic Cause Tree Analysis; Basic Firefighting; Oil Spill Principles and Management Level 1; willing to participate in crisis response training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 18 Technicians & Operators to support safe delivery of approx. 23,000 bopd.
• Monitor and control all oil and gas production and utility systems to meet targets.
• Oversee daily balancing of production from satellite platforms JA and KA.
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work and Company policies; manage risk and incidents.
