Job summary

Employment in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastics to join our multidisciplinary team. You will manage oculoplastic, orbital and lacrimal cases and perform advanced functional and aesthetic procedures while ensuring compliance with MOPH revalidation standards.

Applicants must hold a valid QCHP license, a consultant-level qualification (FRCOphth / American Board / equivalent), and fellowship/subspecialty training in oculoplastics.

Qualifications

• Based in Doha or willing to relocate immediately
• Valid QCHP (MOPH Qatar) License – Mandatory
• Consultant-level qualification (FRCOphth / American Board / equivalent Tier 1)
• Fellowship or subspecialty training in Oculoplastics / Orbital / Lacrimal
• Minimum 5+ years post-specialist experience
• Western-trained candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Management of oculoplastic, orbital & lacrimal cases
• Perform advanced surgical procedures (functional + aesthetic)
• Work within a multidisciplinary ophthalmology department
• Maintain compliance with Qatar MOPH standards & revalidation
