Job summary

Myn is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations in its Doha facility. This senior role combines people management with a track record of quality, safety and operational performance in acute or specialist care.

The position requires a BSN (Master's advantageous) and 5–7 years post-registration experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role. Strong English communication and willingness to relocate to Qatar are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Management or related field an advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years' post-registration nursing experience, incl. 2–3 years in management or supervision.
• Current, unrestricted nursing registration/licence; eligible for QCHP licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team day-to-day, ensure safe staffing, rostering and skill mix.
• Oversee delivery of evidence-based patient care per policy and standards (e.g. JCI).
• Manage unit budget, resources and supplies with hospital administration.
• Drive quality and safety metrics and participate in accreditation activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to coordinate patient care and address issues.
