Job summary

CS & Clarks in Doha, Qatar is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting. You will assess patients, diagnose illnesses, develop care plans, and coordinate with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, a valid Qatar license, and proven experience in acute or clinical care. English is required; Arabic is advantageous, and you thrive in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license and registration in Qatar.
• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in hospital or clinical settings.
• English fluency; Arabic is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions within the scope of practice and in collaboration with physicians.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on assessment findings, guidelines, and patient preferences.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and interventions as appropriate, and monitor patient responses and progress.
• Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care, treatment options, and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and reports in accordance with hospital policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards of nursing practice and regulatory requirements.
