Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a Night Auditor for our Doha property to ensure accurate financial record-keeping during the night shift and provide courteous guest service. You will reconcile transactions, generate daily reports, and assist guests with requests while maintaining security and control of cash operations.

The ideal candidate has accounting or front desk experience, strong numerical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Night Auditor - Doha, Egypt

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at a reputable hotel in Doha. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions during the night shift. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills as you will also be responsible for assisting guests with any inquiries or requests during their stay. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounting or front desk operations, as well as strong mathematical and computer skills. Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile all financial transactions made during the night shift
• Prepare daily reports on room occupancy, revenue, and expenses for management
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and handle any guest inquiries or requests
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing calls and messages
• Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and follow through to resolution
• Process payments for guest accounts accurately and efficiently
• Monitor security cameras throughout the hotel to ensure safety of guests and property

Requirements
