Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review and verify guest accounts and transactions from the day.
• Prepare daily reports including revenue summaries and occupancy stats.
• Balance cash drawers, card transactions, and direct bill receivables.
• Handle guest inquiries during the night shift.
• Monitor security and ensure guest safety on night duty.
• Check in late arrivals and assist with special requests.
