Al-Futtaim is seeking an Inventory Controller for Watsons in Qatar to oversee stock movements, minimize losses, and ensure availability across multiple stores. The role involves tight coordination with brand and retail teams to maintain accurate records and timely replenishment.

Responsibilities include weekly stock checks, barcode management, event preparations, and supporting budgeting and invoicing processes.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of retail stock handling experience.
• Diploma or high school education; qualification from a supply chain/logistics institute preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Track and control product inputs and outputs from warehouses and stores, escalating discrepancies.
• Maintain and update logs for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform weekly stock accuracy checks and coordinate system updates with brand team.
• Prepare store for marketing events and stock count procedures.
• Record and manage missing barcodes and report issues monthly.
• Maintain presence during store maintenance, often at night after closures.
• Participate in annual planning, manage monthly budgets, create purchase orders, and track invoices.
