Job summary

You will lead research into Agent Design, Reliability, and AI Safety, delivering robust architectures and evaluation frameworks to power high-stakes government uses.

You will architect agentic systems, drive reliability, synthesise deep research, and optimise models for niche domains and resource-constrained environments.

Qualifications

• Engineering rigor: production-ready Python code, modular and scalable.
• Applied research mindset: translate theory into prototypes or products.
• Evaluation: LLM benchmarking, red-teaming, robust tests.
• Advanced degree preferred in CS/Math/ML, with demonstrated impact.

Responsibilities

• Architect agentic systems: harnesses, tool-use, logic for autonomous LLMs.
• Drive reliability and safety: develop evaluation frameworks and red-teaming.
• Synthesize deep research: enable autonomous information synthesis and long-horizon reasoning.
• Adapt models for niche domains and constrained GPUs/latency.
• Build evaluation frontiers with automated benchmarks for sovereign AI.
• Consult as technical authority to public sector leaders.
