Qualifications

• Holds qualified teacher status or a relevant education and training qualification (e.g. PGCE, B.Ed., M.Ed., MA, BA, Diploma, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Qatar History, Human Rights, and Islamic Culture is preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to cultural sensitivity and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Humanities instruction in accordance with QTI policies and curriculum requirements.
• Support military students in achieving academic success and developing humanities knowledge.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement within the General Studies department.
• Maintain accurate records and meet reporting, administrative, and performance management requirements.
• Engage with professional development and SHE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and military stakeholders to support student achievement.
