Job summary

Malomatia, a Qatar-based IT services provider, seeks an experienced Microsoft Security Consultant to design, implement, and operate security controls across the Microsoft security stack for cloud and hybrid environments.

The role covers Defender deployment (Endpoint, Cloud, Office 365, Identity), Purview governance, and enforcement of governance, compliance, and data protection aligned with CIS/NIST standards and Qatar regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing Azure and Microsoft 365 security solutions.
• Experience deploying Defender and Purview in enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications such as SC-200/SC-300/SC-400 or AZ-500.

Responsibilities

• Assess Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments to design controls.
• Define governance using Azure Policy and Defender for Cloud.
• Operate Defender and Sentinel to detect misconfigurations and incidents.
• Manage identity and access with Entra ID and MFA controls.
• Configure data protection and compliance using Purview.
