Job summary

malomatia is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to define and govern hybrid and cloud architectures across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will lead architectural design, oversee deployments, and ensure security, performance, and regulatory compliance across the solution lifecycle.

The role requires guiding technical teams, evaluating technology options, and coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver enterprise-scale outcomes in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in cloud platforms and governance are a plus.
• Extensive experience in cloud architecture across Azure, GCP, and on‑prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture principles, patterns, and reference models for cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Review and validate solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Lead migrations, hybrid integration, and repatriation projects with governance and security in mind.
• Oversee IAM, Office 365 governance, and hybrid identity design.
• Guide DevOps practices, IaC, and automation within CI/CD pipelines.
