Job summary

Napco National is seeking a merchandiser to manage on-shelf positioning, POS materials, and price accuracy in our Qatar operations. The role involves ensuring product availability across all sizes and pack configurations, implementing plano-grams and inventory control, and reporting competitive movements to the merchandising unit head.

Ideal candidates have a minimum high school degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work with shelf rent

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• 1–2 years’ experience in similar and related field.

Responsibilities

• Install POS materials on shelves.
• Report competitor movements to merchandising unit head.
• Ensure that no damage or dirty packets are left on shelves while returning defected ones to the company.
• Ensure all company’s products (all sizes & all packing) are present on shelves.
• Implement sales plano-grams and maintain shelves as per shelf rent agreements.
• Ensure correctness in shelf prices.
• Fill up the customer card properly.
• Perform price fishing when needed.
• Conduct monthly inventory of the POS.
