Job summary

CarenCure Group is seeking a field-based merchandiser to enhance shelf presence and ensure stock aligns with brand standards. You will implement planograms, set up promos, and coordinate with store teams across multiple branches in the GCC region.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of GCC retail experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel between branches and schedule visits as required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising, pharmacy, or FMCG products is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel between branches.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field in the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products on shelves according to planograms and company merchandising guidelines.
• Replenish stock regularly and ensure shelves are always full clean and well organized.
• Set up promotional displays price tags and marketing materials as instructed.
• Monitor stock levels expiry dates and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Visit assigned branches and outlets as per the schedule.
• Coordinate with store staff and the marketing and supply teams to maintain brand standards.
• Provide a friendly and helpful service to customers when required.
• Maintain visit reports and daily activity updates.
