Job summary

Qualifications

• Required degree as stated in the ad.
• Experience with MEP materials, trading, contracting, or construction is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering documents.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP material submittals and technical documentation.
• Review product datasheets, catalogues, drawings, and manufacturer documents.
• Verify technical compliance of MEP materials against project specifications.
• Prepare compliance statements, technical comparison sheets, and deviation reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, consultants, and internal teams for technical clarifications.
• Support product selection and provide technical recommendations.
