Job summary

Swan Global seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor in Qatar to oversee daily maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across facilities. The role includes supervising technicians, coordinating activities with clients and contractors, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities cover preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, recordkeeping, and reporting. Successful candidates will read MEP drawings and manage inventory while maintaining high safety

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Management.
Experience supervising MEP maintenance teams.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical manuals.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.
Good communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Allocate work assignments and monitor MEP technicians.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on schedule.
Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, generators and building services.
Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
