Sommerman Skinner Associates (SSA Limited) is seeking a Project Director for a major hospital construction project in Doha, Qatar. This ambitious project will feature over 1000 beds and is valued at $1 billion. The ideal candidate must have project directorship experience and previous hospital construction experience, along with potentially valuable MENA region experience. A competitive salary ranging from Qrs45,500 to Qrs65,500 per month (tax-free) is offered, equivalent to over £110,000 annually.

Qualifications

SSA have been asked to source a project director to work on our contractor clients flagship project in Qatar. Our client is working on a major new build hospital project in Qatar. The hospital will have in excess of 1000 beds and will cover clinics, administration facilities and a multi-storey car park. With a value of $1bn this is one of the most ambitious hospital projects in the region and will bring first class healthcare facilities to Qatar. As this project covers a degree of design development we are looking for professionals with experience in major hospital construction, and previous overseas experience (ideally in the MENA region). Arabic language skills would be beneficial but is not a necessity.
