Job summary

A leading engineering services provider in Qatar seeks a Facilities Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and oil & gas experience. Ideal candidates will have expertise in static equipment design, knowledge of relevant standards, and hands-on experience with design software such as CAESAR II and Auto Pipe. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, risk assessments, and resolving design issues. The role requires an engineering degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical.
• 4 years experience in an oil and gas environment.
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Oil & Gas industry and knowledge of static equipment design codes and standards.
• Steward feasibility studies, prepare Scope of Work, complete Work Packages, and Fitness For Service assessment.
• Prepare SOW and develop static engineering conceptual studies.
• Participate in failure investigations and risk screenings.
• Work independently on design and operational issues.
• Hands on experience with design software like CAESAR II and Auto Pipe.
