Job summary

Murouj, a Kuwaiti bakery brand expanding in Qatar, is building its sales team for the Qatari market. We are seeking a Sales Manager (FMCG) to drive listings in supermarkets and hypermarkets.

You will negotiate terms, plan in-store promotions, and coordinate with factory and marketing to meet sales targets and stock needs. Fluency in Arabic and English and a valid Qatar driving licence are required; based in Doha.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in FMCG sales in Qatar
• Existing relationships with major retailers/hypermarkets in Qatar
• Strong negotiation and account-management skills

The role

• Build and manage relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets and grocery chains across Qatar
• Get Murouj products listed and keep them on the shelf
• Negotiate listing terms, pricing, promotions and shelf space
• Plan and run in-store promotions and activations with retail partners
• Hit sales targets and track performance by account
• Work closely with the factory and marketing teams on orders, launches and stock

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in FMCG sales in Qatar, ideally in food or bakery
• Existing relationships with key retailers and hypermarkets in Qatar
• Strong negotiation and account-management skills
• Fluent Arabic and English
• Valid Qatar driving licence
• Based in Qatar

المهام

• بناء العلاقات وإدارتها مع السوبرماركت والهايبرماركت ومحلات التجزئة في قطر
• إدراج منتجات مروج في المحلات والحفاظ على وجودها على الرفوف
• التفاوض على شروط الإدراج والأسعار والعروض ومساحات العرض
• التخطيط للعروض والفعاليات داخل المحلات مع الشركاء وتنفيذها
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ومتابعة أداء كل حساب
• التنسيق مع المصنع وفريق التسويق في الطلبات والإطلاقات والمخزون

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات المواد الغذائية في قطر
• علاقات قائمة مع كبار محلات التجزئة والهايبرماركت في قطر
• مهارات قوية في التفاوض وإدارة الحسابات
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
• رخصة قيادة قطرية سارية
