Job summary

Swan Global seeks a reliable Material Technician for a 1‑month assignment at the Dukhan site. You will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against POs and delivery notes, and maintain stock records in the inventory system.

Responsibilities include storing and labeling materials, issuing items to site teams, conducting periodic stock counts, and coordinating with procurement on availability and reorders. Accommodation, transport and meals are provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against POs and delivery notes
• Store, tag, and organize materials in warehouse/yard as per inventory procedures
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory system
• Issue materials to site teams against approved requisitions
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper handling, packaging, and storage per HSE standards
• Coordinate with procurement/warehouse team on material availability and reorder needs
• Prepare material movement reports (GRN, GIN, stock transfer)
