Job summary

Swan Global seeks a Multi-Skilled Mason for a short-term project in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in masonry, plastering, tiling, and formwork, with the ability to work independently on multiple trades.

Candidates must be physically fit, available for immediate joining, and able to work on a short-term contract in a fast-paced construction environment. GCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Mason / Civil Worker.
• Hands-on experience in block work and masonry.
• Experience with plastering and floor/wall tiling.
• Familiarity with shuttering/formwork and basic carpentry.
• Ability to perform multiple construction activities as required.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out block work, brickwork and general masonry activities.
• Perform internal and external plastering to required standards.
• Install floor and wall tiles with proper alignment and finishing.
• Execute shuttering/formwork and basic carpentry at site.
• Read and follow drawings, measurements and site instructions.
• Prepare and handle construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Ensure finishing quality of all works.
• Follow site safety procedures and keep area clean.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site workers to meet schedule.
• Perform other general construction duties as assigned.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mason to join a short-term project in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in masonry, plastering, tile installation, and shuttering/formwork & carpentry works.

Candidates who are skilled across multiple construction trades and can work independently with minimal supervision are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out block work, brickwork, and general masonry activities.
• Perform internal and external plastering to required standards.
• Install floor and wall tiles, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and finishing.
• Execute shuttering/formwork and basic carpentry works as required at site.
• Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and site instructions.
• Prepare and handle construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure proper finishing and quality of all assigned works.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site workers to complete tasks within the required schedule.
• Perform other general construction duties related to the assigned project.

• Proven experience as a Mason / Multi-Skilled Mason / Civil Worker.
• Strong practical experience in:

• Valid QID / NOC preferred.
• Previous Qatar/GCC construction experience is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit and capable of working at a construction site.
