Vistas Global in Doha seeks an experienced Marketing Program Manager to lead cross-functional transformation programs spanning brand, marketing, CX and EX. You will coordinate internal teams, agencies and senior stakeholders to deliver on strategic initiatives.

The role requires strong governance, risk management, budget oversight and exceptional communication to align multiple workstreams and drive execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Program Management or PMO experience.
• 3+ years in Brand, Marketing, CX, or EX transformation programs.
• Strong experience in brand transformation, marketing initiatives, and agency management.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets, and senior stakeholders.
• Large-scale transformation experience is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong program leadership and delivery management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to manage complex programs and multiple priorities.
• Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
• Strategic thinking with execution focus.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager with a strong background in Marketing, Brand Transformation, and Customer Experience (CX).The candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering marketing transformation programs while coordinating internal teams, external agencies, and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Program Management or PMO.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, CX, or EX transformation programs.
• Strong experience in brand transformation, marketing initiatives, and agency management.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, budgets, and senior stakeholders.
• Infrastructure, or large-scale transformation experience is an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
