Job summary

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Doha is launching a 12-month Management Trainee Program designed for high-potential graduates aiming to build a career in the luxury lifestyle sector. You will rotate through core hotel departments, gaining hands-on exposure and mentorship across leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree or above with top academic results.
• Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
• At least two internships, or one 6-month equivalent internship with leading companies.
• Exceptional written and spoken English; proficiency in the local language is a plus.

The Spa amp Wellness Department enhances the state of wellbeing of our guests through the two brands Sense A Rosewood Spa and Asaya Spa amp Wellness inspires our guests to a sense of greater wellbeing from how we travel to the source of our food to our emotional and physical nurturing
