Job summary

India Abroad in Qatar is seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team in Al-Rayyan. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations to keep facilities in good condition and safe.

The role requires experience as handyman or maintenance tech, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, safe use of hand and power tools, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Indian nationality preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
• Knowledge of general repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
• Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken appliances.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues or repairs needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Install new equipment or fixtures as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed when working on projects.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and inventory of supplies.
• Communicate with management regarding major repairs or replacements needed.
