Responsibilities

• Support the department/team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of records, reports, and documents.
• Provide support for departmental projects, events, and initiatives as assigned.
• Conduct research, gather information, and prepare summaries or presentations when required.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure data is entered and updated correctly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support business objectives.
• Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries and follow up as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or department management.
