Minor International operates luxury spa experiences within premium hotels. This role requires delivering professional spa and beauty treatments, consulting guests on personalized options, and upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Recognized certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field.
• Previous experience as a Spa/Beauty Therapist in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of massage techniques, facial treatments, and beauty services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Professional appearance and guest-service orientation essential.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform spa and beauty treatments such as massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures as qualified.
• Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain hygiene and treatment-room cleanliness to high standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure products/equipment are ready.
• Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to guests.
• Maintain accurate guest treatment records when required.
• Follow health and safety standards and hotel policies.
• Support spa reception and colleagues during peak periods.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on treatments and trends.
