Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts invites a Marketing Executive to join Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. You will plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities to strengthen the resort's luxury brand, drive guest engagement and support revenue generation.

The role covers digital marketing, social media, content creation, campaigns, events, partnerships and communications, ensuring all efforts align with our luxury positioning and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of annual and monthly marketing plans.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, packages, and seasonal activities.
• Assist in creating promotional materials for rooms, dining, wellness, recreation and events.
• Ensure all marketing activities follow brand guidelines and deadlines.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report updates to management.
• Assist in managing social media platforms and content calendar.
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels) and coordinate content production.
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and agencies for content production.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to guest interactions as needed.
• Support digital advertising campaigns and track performance.
• Assist with website content updates, email marketing, and newsletters.
